Site Access Protocol
LDIC and all site visitors have obligations and responsibilities for ensuring that the workplace is free of risks. This document will clearly outline the rules and procedures for accessing and undertaking work on LDIC sites. This Site Access Protocol (the ‘Protocol’) sets out the guidelines and processes for accessing a LDIC controlled site including instructions on how to use the LDIC Online Site Access Application System to secure Security ID Number, WAASAA and Smart Lock Access Pass. All parties accessing the site are to follow the guidelines, rules and processes in this Protocol to ensure:
- LDIC insures the safety of all site visitors
- LDIC and customer assets and services are protected
- LDIC fulfills its legal obligations as a site provider

We require that all site visitors has a Hizima Smart Lock Training and Certification. Be certified in less than 60 minutes!
Tower Climbing & Safety Protocols

Security ID Online Application Form
The first step of getting an Site Access Pass is to apply for the Security ID Number. This process involves a Third-Party Security Agency for verification and validation of any submitted documents from the access applicant. SECID is valid for One (1) Year from the date of issuance and renewable at least 15 days prior to expiration date.
